A near future. In a world where small amount of people awakened special powers and are called Controlers, meeting discrimination and hate at every step of their life. Yakedo Mugen is one of them. After graduating the Police Academy, he and few others were assigned to the Controler Department, that is the only Police Department hiring Controlers and taking care of Controler included crimes. Story follows Yakedo and the rest of Controler Department at the moment where in the capital of the biggest kingdom in the world appears a new powerful terrorist group called Heiwa Senshi. Will they be able to stop terrorists in a world full of hate, filth and violence?
